In the era of digitization, HR, an unevolved yet important part of any organization has also taken up technology. “While the human resource is instrumenting the changes in the system, employees are feeling threatened,” said Simin Askari, Vice President- Human Resource, DS Group.

The workforce dynamics are shifting as it is impacting a man to machine ratio. To reinvent themselves in a more static role, HR can work together with operational managers and utilize their expertise in employee management.
